The Hyvalift hook loaders range offers flexibility, strength and proven reliability. Hyvalift hook loaders are manufactured to the highest standards for waste, construction and municipal applications throughout the world.

Constructed from high yield steels the design provides for heights and weight advantages to maximise stability and payload. The extensive range extends from 4 tonnes to 40 tonnes capacity to satisfy any requirement.

Various options are available including draw bar applications, hook/skip or hook/crane combinations.
The Hyvalift hook loader can be adapted to suit any application.

The Hyvalift design enables heavy duty capacity machines to be fitted as standard without compromising weight or height. In addition longer length machines are available for high capacity containers and semi trailers to provide the operator with the equipment to suit their particular application.

Sliding latch safety hook
• Simple design safety latch, gravity operated
• Hook profile made from high yield steel for added strength
• Hook easily detachable in the event of damage

Bogie blocking
• Fitted as standard on 3 and 4 axle vehicles
• Stab jacks block the rear suspension for improved support and stability when loading laden containers

Rollers and guides
• Rollers are fitted to ease loading and unloading of containers
• Inner guides ensure the container is aligned correctly during the loading operation

Chem locking
• All Hyvalift hook loaders are fitted with Chem locks as standard
• For added security, hydraulic locking of the container is fitted to 10 tonne and above capacity machines as standard

Controls
• Level operated pneumatic controls fitted as standard providing full functionality
• Pneumatic controls fitted for ease of servicing
• Warnings lights for stab jacks, hook arm and PTO engagement

Options
• Various options available including on board weighing, tool boxes, sheeting systems, pin tube carrier and fire extinguisher
