Quality and Care

Manvik's philosophy of working in partnership with our customers extends beyond the sale of products into customer training, health and safety issues, preventative maintenance and service contracts -- including fixed service charges and extended warranties.

We also place considerable emphasis on learning how each of the variables within the waste service industry interact. Believing in the concept 'right first time', we have established a dedicated engineering team to work alongside other suppliers and partners in the market to ensure we meet our customers' needs, every time.

Each year market demands and quality thresholds rise, and customers insist on increasingly higher standards of performance, coupled with greater levels of after-sales support. We have met this demand head on by being innovative and flexible in our thinking, and we remain determined to continue to meet these demands by investing in ambitious, technically proficient and enthusiastic staff in all areas of our business.
