My practice is an integrated healing arts practice. I work as a single practitioner across complementary modalities — spiritual coaching, meditation and mantra, energy and chakra work, hypnotherapy, and regression. They are not separate offerings but different doorways into the same gentle, careful work.
Some sessions are conversation. Some are stillness. Some go further inward. We choose the doorway together, depending on what is asking to be met.
