First conversation
We begin with a conversation, charged at the same rate as any session. My time is the same whether it is our first hour or our fiftieth. It runs as long as it needs to. We talk. We listen. We find out together whether this is your door.
Sessions are arranged around your life, across time zones and around shifting schedules, rather than forced into fixed blocks. Engagements usually run over several months. We set the rhythm and the length together, in service of the work.
Lives rarely hold still. A meeting runs long. A flight slips. Last minute change belongs to the territory, and I absorb it without penalty.
Six clients, held privately, at any one time. When someone finishes, a place opens.
