This page sets out what my work is, what it is not, and how I treat what you share with me. Please read it before you book a session or ask for a reading. Using this website means you accept what is written here.
My work is spiritual and contemplative. It draws on spiritual coaching, chakra meditation, energy healing, hypnosis, past life regression, akashic reading, belief work, and clearing the field. It is offered for personal insight, self reflection, and entertainment purposes.
It is not medical care, psychological treatment, legal counsel, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. I do not diagnose conditions, treat illness, or prescribe anything.
Readings here stay silent on health, illness, and death. They stay silent on the outcome of a legal matter and on the return from any investment.
A reading here reads tendency and timing. It describes what a stretch of your life favors, and it may suggest when to act. Timing in a reading is a suggestion about when to act. It is not a statement about what will happen. I make no claim to foretell events. I promise no particular outcome, and I do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading.
If you are facing a decision of real consequence, about your health, your money, your legal position, or your safety, please take it to a qualified professional in that field. Nothing said in a session or written in a report should replace that advice. You remain responsible for your own choices.
If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, please contact emergency services, or call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, in the United States. My practice is not a crisis service.
I am a private practitioner. I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, marriage or family therapist, or clinical counselor, and I do not present myself as any of these.
When I use the word hypnosis, I mean a guided, consenting practice of relaxation and inner attention, directed by you toward your own understanding. I do not use it to treat mental or emotional disorders.
When I speak of a field, I describe how the work feels from the inside. I make no claim about the nature of what moves. You remain the judge of your own experience.
Working with me does not create a doctor and patient, therapist and client, or attorney and client relationship. No privilege attaches to what we discuss.
Some parts of this website offer readings, reports, and answers at no charge. These are general in nature. They are produced by my own software, and no language model is involved in writing them. They are offered freely, for reflection and entertainment.
They are not personal advice, and I cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your situation. They carry no fee, no obligation, and no professional relationship. Treat them as an invitation to think rather than as an instruction to act.
This website and this practice are for people aged eighteen and over. I do not knowingly accept information from anyone younger. Where I hold anything from someone younger, I will delete it as soon as I find it.
I ask for as little as the work requires. Depending on what you request, that may include your name, your email address, your date, time, and place of birth, and whatever you choose to tell me in a message, a question, or a session.
I use it for one purpose only, to prepare your reading or to speak with you. I do not sell it. I do not rent it. I do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers, and I do not use it to train anybody’s models.
Birth details deserve particular care, since in the context of a spiritual reading they can imply something about your beliefs. I treat them as sensitive information and hold them accordingly.
The readings on this site are produced by my own software. No language model is involved in them, and your details are not sent to any model provider. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it does.
The free readings on this site keep nothing at all. No name, no birth date, no question. Your entry travels to my own software, produces the reading, and then goes. There is no database behind it and no list to join. My hosting providers keep the ordinary record that a request happened, in the way every website on the internet does. That record holds a timestamp, a page address, a status, a region, and an IP address. Nothing you typed sits in it.
For everything else, a note you write to me, an email exchange, work we do together, I keep what you send for as long as our work needs it, and no more than twenty four months after our last contact, unless you ask me to keep it longer or the law requires me to. You may ask at any time to see what I hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and I will do it. Write to mridula@manvik.com.
Forms are handled by my hosting provider, and email by my mail provider. Each of them processes that data on my behalf.
The fee is $108 per hour, billed to the quarter hour. It is the same for every conversation, including the first. Sessions are arranged around your life rather than a fixed calendar.
Lives rarely hold still, so a measure of last minute change is expected and absorbed without penalty. If you need to move something, tell me and we will move it.
I may decline or end an engagement where the work is not right for either of us. If I do, I will say so plainly, and I will refund anything paid for time not yet spent.
What passes between us stays between us. You never have to ask.
There are narrow limits I am bound by, and honesty asks that I name them. I may disclose what I must where the law compels it, or where someone is in danger of serious harm. Short of that, discretion is absolute.
The writing, design, and materials on this website are mine, and they belong to Manvik LLC. Please ask before you copy or republish them. A reading prepared for you is yours to keep and use as you wish.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute belongs to the courts of Clark County, Nevada. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the fees you have paid me for the work in question.
If any part of this page is found unenforceable, the rest still holds.
I may revise this page as the practice changes. The date at the top will always tell you which version you are reading.
