This page sets out what my work is, what it is not, and how I treat what you share with me. Please read it before you book a session or ask for a reading. Using this website means you accept what is written here.
My work is spiritual and contemplative. It draws on coaching, meditation, mantra, energy work, hypnosis, and regression, and it is offered for personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes.
It is not medical care, psychological treatment, legal counsel, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. I do not diagnose conditions, treat illness, or prescribe anything. I make no claim to predict the future with certainty, and I promise no particular outcome.
If you are facing a decision of real consequence — about your health, your money, your legal position, or your safety — please take it to a qualified professional in that field. Nothing said in a session or written in a report should replace that advice, and you remain responsible for your own choices.
If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, please contact emergency services or call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, in the United States. My practice is not a crisis service.
I am a private practitioner. I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, marriage or family therapist, or clinical counsellor, and I do not present myself as any of these.
When I use the word hypnosis, I mean a guided, consenting practice of relaxation and inner attention, directed by you toward your own understanding. I do not use it to treat mental or emotional disorders.
Working with me does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or attorney–client relationship, and no privilege attaches to what we discuss.
Some parts of this website offer readings, reports, and answers at no charge — numerology, astrology, and single questions among them. These are general in nature, are produced in part by automated means, and are offered freely, for reflection and entertainment.
They are not personal advice, and I cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your situation. They carry no fee, no obligation, and no professional relationship. Treat them as an invitation to think, not as an instruction to act.
This website and this practice are for people aged eighteen and over. I do not knowingly accept information from anyone younger, and I will delete it if I find that I have.
I ask for as little as the work requires. Depending on what you request, that may include your name, your email address, your date, time, and place of birth, and whatever you choose to tell me in a message, a question, or a session.
I use it for one purpose only — to prepare your reading or to speak with you. I do not sell it. I do not rent it. I do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers, and I do not use it to train anybody's models.
Birth details deserve particular care, because in the context of a spiritual reading they can imply something about your beliefs. I treat them as sensitive information and hold them accordingly.
Where an automated reading is produced with the help of a language model, the details needed to generate it pass through that provider under contract, for that purpose alone.
I keep what you send for as long as our work needs it, and no more than twenty-four months after our last contact, unless you ask me to keep it longer or the law requires me to. You may ask at any time to see what I hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and I will do it. Write to mridula@manvik.com.
This website uses no advertising trackers. Forms are handled by my hosting provider, and email by my mail provider, each of whom processes that data on my behalf.
The fee is $108 per hour, billed to the quarter-hour, and it is the same for every conversation, including the first. Sessions are arranged around your life rather than a fixed calendar.
Lives at this level rarely hold still, so a measure of last-minute change is expected and absorbed without penalty. If you need to move something, tell me and we will move it.
I may decline or end an engagement if the work is not right for either of us. If I do, I will say so plainly and refund anything paid for time not yet spent.
What passes between us stays between us. You never have to ask.
There are narrow limits I am bound by, and honesty asks that I name them. I may disclose what I must where the law compels it, or where someone is in danger of serious harm. Short of that, discretion is absolute.
The writing, design, and materials on this website are mine, and belong to Manvik LLC. Please do not copy or republish them without asking. A reading prepared for you is yours to keep and use as you wish.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Clark County, Nevada. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the fees you have paid me for the work in question.
If any part of this page is found unenforceable, the rest still holds.
I may revise this page as the practice changes. The date at the top will always tell you which version you are reading.
